Building: We have an "In-house" qualified builder on our team to assist with quoting and estimating extra costs for alterations and additions.
Council Approvals: We are surrounded by a team of professionals who will make the process for our buyers as hassle free as possible. These include an architect who is an expert in Town Planning applications. We have engineers, soil testers, pest control experts, and a consultant who will handle coordinating the whole process to make the purchase of a removal home from Qld Colonial Houses a memorable and happy project.
Land Clearing and Site Preparation: We can provide our buyers with the best earthmovers to assist with their site preparation.
